This is the first Neutrogena product I actually had to RETURN. It stinks! Not just the smell, but it does not moisturize, or do anything for puffiness or circles.

I agree....the cream seriously does stink. I thought it may have just been a bad tube I had bought until I read these reviews. I threw mine out ~ it didn't seem to have any positive effect. :(
