    OMG this stuff is great. It is not intended to be an astrigent, it is for people with very dry skin. It leaves my skin smooth, not sticky and not dried out. I have used it for about 2 years now....

    Okay, call me a moron, but I don't know what toner is or why it's neccessary. This doesn't have any alcohol, like a astringent, so I dont know what the point of it is. But, it has a nice soft rosey...
