Terrible, terrible top coat...it either makes no difference in the lasting power of my nail polishes, or it makes them chip faster. And it takes a while to dry. You're probably better off using...

This is an extra cheap fast drying top coat. It leaves my nails nice and shiny and protects my polish from chipping off. I was pretty skeptical that this would work but it really does. Rave from me!
