    This is a great brown liner, but it smears too easily for me. I've moved on to Almay's liquid liner because its more pigmented and doesn't budge.

    This is my staple eyeliner. Not to dark, not to light just the perfect shade of brown. It's around $7 at Ulta, but they usually have it on sale ($1 or $2 or BOGOF) which is why and when I pick(ed)...
