    I do not like this. I know many do- including kate moss evidently, but this is just too hard to apply & it smudges a lot! Too expensive for kohl eyeliner.

    Perfect Black. This liner goes on jet black, and so smoothly you won't even realize the pencil hit your lid yet. Wear a primer to keep the color from transferring to your crease though!

    This is the best liner for smokey eyes....you don't even really need shadow. Just make sure that you check your face often because it smudges like crazy.
