    I got this for $1 on recent ulta sale. For the price, this is a good dark eyeliner that doesnt budge. I got the waterproof version. Nothing out of the ordinary for me, just a good ole eyeliner....

    BEST waterproof eyeliner ever! Every eyeliner runs... (I have tried everything even 24/7 by UD) and it runs and smudges. This does not smudge unless you want it to.
