    I got the charcoal shade and it is NOT matte. It has shimmers in it, but the gel does glide on smoothly and the lid doesn't even twist on properly.

    I have oily skin and my eye makeup would usually smudge but this gel liner stays all day. I have to remove it cotton buds and makeup remover for a better result. Definitely must buy.
