Generally, Shiseido delivers, but this mascara clumped, smudged, barely volumized & made my rather straight lashes even straighter. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

My lashes were clumpled. I would never buy it. It's too heavy for my lashes. But for gals with shorter and sparse lashes, this maybe very good. For me, the Shiseido PN line is better.

This mascara coated my lashes evenly without clumping. It made my fine lashes fatter, but straightened out the curl. Some slight smudging was also noticed after several hours of wear.
