Brightening Botanical Toner

It leaves a "sticky" feeling on my face after I use it. I don't see any brightening effect at all. I won't buy this again.

I used it with the brightening cleansing cream and they failed as a team, I didn't see much difference with my skin and I found zits on my face after using them, which is very rare. I want to love...
