This is exactly what I've found works for me and agree with the analyst regarding contrast +
and warm eyes for cool winters. And it makes sense as I've also noticed that contrast in the colors I wear (wardrobe wise) really compliments my color

taupe & brown es & a lot of it - to really make blue eyes pop. Take it up to just above the crease+
just outside the crease on outer corners, and use brown/taupe underneath the eye as well. It is amazing. It's a magic trick!! : D to make yr eyes
