Silicone-free is best for my fine hair. I love AG Renew, also Herbal Essences 0% shampoos ++
(meaning zero silicones). AG Renew is pricey so I only use that one after swimming (it's marketed as a swimmer's shampoo, it removes chlorine).

I alternate shampoos from Klorane and Giovanni with Neutrogena T-Gel, using the T-Gel every other +
wash. If I don't my scalp gets really irritated. Conditioner is Giovanni Triple Treat. I don't put any conditioner or styling products on my scalp. St
