Congrats! I just had my first in Dec. My advice is to STAY ACTIVE. Get your 7-8+ hours of sleep +
or more. Take your naps. Definitely get your rest. Especially if you feel like labor is imminent, force yourself to sleep. And to hydrate! LOL. But I
