I like to use collaid patches (Nexcare, etc.) At worst, it does nothing. At best, it stop me from +
picking or needing to do something. It works best on pimple that have fluid or "gunk" to be drained.

they are one large bandage (I believe 3 come in a box), but the backs are all adhesive. They stick
very well (for comparison the nexcare patches would fall right off my skin & weere pointless for me).

I use PC BHA (any BHA) and manuka honey if you have it. Antibiotic ointment in a pinch though+++
Compressing can help make it come up. Also get some pimple patches (Nexcare, CosRX) as when it comes to a head they will soak up the gunk and keep you
