Most brands now offer such products (like Fenty). You can also mix a few drops of any liquid rop
illuminator in body lotion w/o SPF. Or you can use something like Nuxe Multi-purpose Oil or Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs (tinted).

I used to love Nuxe many years ago, but these days it does nothing for my lips.+
I don't know if they reformulated it at some point. I find it makes my lips dry.

My skin has had issues in the past with Ingredients so wether it is ds makeup skincare or body care
I tend to go mid to high end. A lot of products I buy come from the EU specifically France and Germany. I find their components are much less reactive
