I’ve seen it called “second skin luster” and it is that when I simply dust it lightly on the usual places. It can be built up to look very wet though

My only disagreement is that Orgasm & Luster are fairly light, but Torrid & Dolce Vita are fairly deep & you only need a teeny, tiny dab to spread out
