Liquid l/s are all quite drying ime, whether DS or HE. Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink++
Is probably the least drying of all the liquid l/s (DS and HE) I’ve tried. It’s very similar to the Valentino Lip Blush and Armani liquid l/s formula
