Applied lightly under the eye it blends beautifully and dries down to a happy medium of not a glow wet mess nor so matte and dry your eyes look 100.

Knowing what I know, I would use the following: NARS moisturiser. It's very fresh, creamy, and gel-like. NARS soft matte primer Foundation : do y
