I like LM's Eye Basics, PLouise, and one from Lune & Aster (BlueMercury's house brand). the +++
latter is made not to be drying, and it's a good base. It's pink-y, although it doesn't look so on the skin.

After some breakouts, going back to basics: single oil cleanse, a cream or balm for neck +++
sensitivity, tretinoin 4-5x/wk, DE Lala Retro mixed w/squalane. One night a week, a mask w/or w/out moisturizer underneath instead of tretinoin.

Try an eye primer. I use Laura Mercier Eye Basics. BB & Trish McEvoy have eye primers. ++
Urban Decay does too but if your issue is darkness on eyelids Urban Decay did not work well on me at all.
