I agree w/ gloss88 that your skin looks dehydrated. Which cetaphil wash are you using? I would+
dump the salicylic wash. Stick w/ bland washes. I once got extremely dehydrated and almost crispy red skin from Cetaphil's Dermacontrol oil control
