No. It's more like cleansing milk/lotion, kinda similar to LRP Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser, Avene +
hypersensitive cleanser, Avene Tolerance Extreme cleanser. There is also the new Cerave oil cleanser, which also might be worth a try.
