Manhattan, originally called 'Manhattan', has stood for cosmetics for more than 50 years. From the beginning, trends and diversity were an important part of the brand values and the brand itself. In the 1950s, make-up played a very subordinate role in Germany. Dr. Hans-Ulrich Scheller's vision from the start: to bring products that are popular and in demand worldwide to the market in Germany at low cost.
